POLISH FLINT
From the Middle Palaeolithic to Early Bronze Age, flint was used extensively in Poland for stone tool manufacture. Three different flint types were mined around the Holy Cross Mountains of southeastern Poland: chocolate, grey white-spotted and banded flint.
In recent years, the aesthetic quality of polish flint has become appreciated more for use in polished cabochons and wearable jewelry.
We offer a variety of pendants, some wrapped in sterling silver wire, others in gold-filled wire.
